Umesh Wariyapperuma [FGG (Fellow German Gemmologist), EG (European Gemmologist)] is the visionary behind CAGS, bringing decades of expertise in gemmology, jewellery trading, and education. With a deep passion for advancing gemmological sciences, Umesh Wariyapperuma has collaborated with renowned international gemmologists and institutions to build a world-class academy in Sri Lanka. Under his leadership, CAGS has become a leading institution offering cutting-edge training, precise valuation techniques, and research-based learning, ensuring students receive the highest standard of gemmology education.
